Patient Information

Your Visit, Simplified

We understand that navigating military healthcare can present challenges. Our team is committed to making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Eligible patients include active duty military, retirees, and their authorized dependents. Please bring your DEERS enrollment verification, military ID, and TRICARE information to your first visit.

Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Emergency services are available 24/7. For after-hours medical emergencies, please contact the clinic switchboard or proceed to the nearest emergency department.

NHCC Charleston accepts TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Select, and other military health plans. Our administrative staff can assist with referrals and prior authorizations. Please bring your TRICARE card to every visit.

Free parking is available on-site with designated accessible spaces near the main entrance. The facility is fully ADA compliant with wheelchair access throughout all patient areas.

New Patients

Welcome to NHCC Charleston. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration paperwork. Bring your military ID, DEERS verification, and insurance information.

Schedule your appointment by calling 843-794-6000. For urgent care needs outside regular hours, please call our main line for guidance.

Patient Rights

You have the right to informed consent, privacy of medical records, and to participate in decisions about your care. Our ombudsman is available to assist with any concerns.
